Towel racks literally falling off wall. Clientele shady. Way over priced for the quality. No wash clothes. Dirty. Mold. Loud. No pictures on the wall just nails. Airport shuttle and breakfast start too late for travels. One office style chair in the room. No where to sit and eat a meal in the room. I could go on… 😕. Go to the Marriott next door for a few extra bucks!

Would not recommend this hotel at all. When maids come in they will not bring you all your bathroom essentials. No wash cloths, no hand towels. I went down to front desk to ask for a plate and some napkins from the breakfast area, was told can't have any because breakfast area is closed. But they serve coffee out of that area all day, but can't get a plate and some napkins. I try to stay at choice hotels at all my travels, but will never book this hotel again.

Absolutely worst experience ever!! Upon arrival the room had to heat and was freezing. The sheets had stains and the rooms had no towels or anything and there were stains on the toilet. The bed barely looked made. Upon trying to get the room switched to a room that has heat, the front desk lady tried to say none of the rooms have heat and then said “I don’t care,” and then had us kicked out!! I have stayed at cheap hotels before, but this was not even worth the amount of money I paid. Would not recommend to anyone.

You get what you pay for. This hotel was cheap, as such it’s lower quality. It’s close to the airport, but too far for a blue flat-rate taxi. This was unfortunate because if we had stayed somewhere on the other side of the freeway it would have been a much cheaper cab ride from MIA. the next morning it was about a $20 Uber to the port for our cruise. The linens were clean, but the room is tired. The shower was okay, but the sink drained slowly. The flooring must have been replaced recently to vinyl plank, but still feels dingy and unclean. Luckily our AC unit worked well, if not it would have been very humid. There’s some mold/mildew in the shower. The breakfast was underwhelming, but did have make-your-own waffles. I’d say this hotel was as expected, given the other reviews and the price. It is under a flight path, but we slept okay. The pool looked nice, though we didn’t use it. The room had a fridge and microwave.

The worst experience or my second las one was in another hotel in California. I checked in didn’t look. Very clean but it looked pretty descent. Got settled went out when I came back I was ready to go to sleep when I life the pillow roaches not the big ones but the little ones that breed like crazy it must of been a mom because of the size I immediately went at this time it was 330am to front desk the lady seen something in my face a asked what happened I told her and she said I seen it in your face as you were coming towatds me. She said I cant refund you for tonight be at I have to do a report and management will have to deal with it I said were am I going at 4am please switch my room the next room look a little better (cleaner) if you looke on the floor in the baseboard you can see the baby roaches going out through there and she said manager is away so she was not sure when he would respond but she took my email and number from the 11 January. That the incident happened I have not heard anything from anyone not even a sorry Im not looking money health has no price and that is not healthy how many diseases do roaches carry? And families bringing their children there thats horrible. I booked them through priceline I dont blame them its not their fault but they did put everything in their report. What happened and the outcome I received from management. I did report them to environment health and I did tell them over the phone after days and no reponse Im not only looking out for me but for the people that’s unacceptable at least were I come from the United States of America. I definitely do not recommend this not even for a night what else ia going on besides Roaches??
