In terms of location and service this hotel is top notch. Being so close to some fantastic eateries as well as walking distance to the metro. The complementary breakfast was very good, I was told to highlight the oatmeal. These compound to makes this a great hotel if you are looking for one with a hot tub and a pool. The valet were very friendly and took great care of my car. The clerks were also very accommodating as was Cory and the maintenance team. Having 3 run-ins with them, they always took care of us within 15 minutes. The security of the hotel was appreciated requiring a room card to access the guest floors. Though this service comes at premium price, which might push some to more economical options. A few things with our room dropped the rating, we didn't have shampoo or tissue and had atleast 3 encounters with maintenance to fix a few things in the room, though; for future guests they're fixed.

We stayed for one night during the week for an early appointment at CHOP and we had a great stay. The hotel and room were clean and the staff was very nice. The location was also very good -- about 12 minutes from CHOP with some traffic. The parking is expensive but to be expected in a city. We found street parking that was 2 hours and metered but only from 8am-8pm. We arrived after 8pm and left around 8:30am so we only had to pay for 30 minutes of parking in the morning which was easily done via the app.

I stayed from 12/14-12/17/23. Great stay. Staff was excellent. Room was clean. Full refrigerator a plus. Not far from restaurants. 7-eleven across the street. The real stars was Margret she made the delicious breakfast daily. Barry Maint man. And Cashmere who handles the front desk. My daughter had an emergency I called the front desk Cashmere answered call 911 and everything for me. Thank you again.

Ok location but not many places for a sit down meal nearby. Reception and breakfast staff very pleasant. But my room was very warm and I was told maintenance would resolve but they did not. There was also hair stuck to the walls of the shower which I mentioned to the staff as well and remained unaddressed. Furnishings were nice, bed was comfy but don’t look at anything too closely because room cleanliness was not a strong suit.

Worse hotel experience EVER. Staff was not knowledgeable about basic check in procedures. The attendant tried to charge me an extra $250 after reading out loud that my reservation did not require deposit. After I suggested he call his supervisor or manger, he finally admitted he didn’t know how to check in for corporate account. He checked in other customers because they were complaining. Then called his manager for help. Overall, Poor customer service. After, the awful check in process, got to the room and it was unclean. It was also Malodorous! I did have Lysol and alcohol to clean enough to make it bearable for the few hours I had to remain in this room. I checked out early in the morning. Even if I was paid to stay in this facility, I would never stay here again. Absolutely deplorable from beginning to end.
