The rooms are quiet and spacious enough. The free breakfast is good. They have plenty of free parking. They are pet friendly, and many dogs were in the hotel. This isn't necessarily good because I heard them barking at night, I saw them in the breakfast area, and I stepped in poop in the lobby. Cleanliness is a concern as the hallway garbage cans were overflowing with smelly trash that had not been cleared for days and there was black mould in the bathroom ceiling. There are maintenance issues too. One of the two elevators was broken and the indoor pool was unavailable due to repairs. I stayed for 3 nights and there was no room cleaning service.

Pros. Wow. Nice rooms. We loved it. The hotel is very clean. Quiet Nice breakfast Amazing staff Cons. The bathroom light had something gross splattered across it. We had a great experience at this hotel and highly recommend staying here if you need a room.

Stayed at Homewood Suies for a work event. Nice, clean rooms. Good breakfast each morning. For my work, the location was excellent, being some 5 minutes away from the office. But it is in kind of the outskirts of London.

I stayed here with my son on Boxing Day 2023 after spending the holidays with my family. During the night someone smashed a window of our car and stole *everything* from my car, including suitcases with clothes and all of my family's Christmas presents. The hotel staff were indifferent. They did point out a small sign saying that they are not responsible for theft. After talking to other people, it sounds like this happens on a daily basis in this area, yet this hotel has done nothing to make the location more secure. There are no security cameras installed OR warnings given to customers when they check in. I would not recommend staying here if you have a car and would like to avoid damaging it.

Pull out couch was an unacceptable mattress, television didn't work without a call to front desk. Car was burglarized over night it was parked right in front of the hotel. Broke side window and took entire contents of the car. We were told it happens more often to contractors who loose their tools. No security cameras. Police department says this happens routinely at this location. I would not recommend this location after seeing my grandson loose all his Christmas presents.
