Check-in was a hassle; our family in town here booked the room for us and we almost walked out before we had even checked in, if my family wouldn’t have been charged something for cancelling at check in, we would’ve gone elsewhere and the staffs attitude was ‘meh we don’t care, we are not here to help, we just get paid by the hour’ kids running in the halls, no hot tub, just a pee warm pool, exterior entrance card pass didn’t work to access hotel near our room, requested additional bedding such as a comforter or duvet because they leave you a fleece sheet as a comforter/bedspread, (that’s all they give you for bedding anyways, the raggedy old throw blanket you give the guest on the couch that you really didn’t want staying there anyways) was told they’d look into it with house keeping and I never heard another word back, not even a call back saying sorry we don’t have a single extra blanket.. (which is a load.. I’ve worked for a hotel and there is a linen closet on each floor let alone over stock in laundry), bathroom ledges were layered with dust (ugly quartz pattern hide dirt so goes to show the room keepers are cutting corners not doing their do diligence with cleanliness, one department you don’t want to cut corners in) pop & ice machines outside of room door, was disturbing through the night, one would think the managers would follow suit with the other chains and put them in the stairwells so they and the other guests using them are not a disturbance to others. After wondering in circles (around the front desk) we finally found the pool that has no directional signage to get to throughout the hotel, nor did a staff take a second to say can we help you find something? The room itself didn’t even have a cheep throw away pen & note pad, let alone a hotel directory, we didn’t bother wasting our time trying their restaurant … I’ve been awake since 6am to the tune of the neighbour's tv and bed creaking with every movement, conversation's of every guest on their way to the front in the hallway, cell phones going off, footsteps in the halls above.. Early check out please!

The front lobby is beautiful and modern. The rooms are to be expected for the cost how ever the walls are paper thing and you can hear everything from the people in the rooms next to you and kids running in the hallways. It wasn’t very clear on how to find menus for the restaurant downstairs. Check in was simple and easy. The pool was very warm ! Overall we would go back again.
