Excellent location that's walking distance from most of town, and very close to anything you might need, such as convenience stores, laundromat, and a park with an outdoor gym. Stayed for a week, and every day began with a huge delicious breakfast and a friendly conversation with the staff. Breakfast is served from 8 to 10, so I suggest planning around that. Room was very clean, and fully stocked with anything we needed. Sometimes we needed extra hangers, or a vase for flowers, and the front desk happily provided them. Also they had a nice smart TV, so when we got tired, we could find anything we wanted to watch.

We spent three amazing nights at Abanotubani hotel, the room was big and spacious, with a deluxe bath and a comfortable bed. The breathtaking view to the fortress created an unforgettable experience! The location is perfect - walking distance to all major attractions!

Fantastic hotel in great location with incredible breakfast. Convenient location in the heart of old Tbilisi and close to the Abanotubani sulfur baths and Narikala fortress. The breakfast buffet is outstanding and among the best I've ever had at a hotel. It's definitely quality above quantity but you get a good selection of bread, super fresh fruit and vegetables and freshly made Georgian pastries every morning. The ladies at the breakfast buffet and in the kitchen are so nice and attentive. However, located in a busy tourist district, it can get noisy outside at night. If you're a light sleeper, this place isn't for you. We tried different rooms. The standard rooms were a bit on the small side, so be aware.
