The room was very nice for the location and price. The hotel has a "small" 4 person elevator but the breakfast selection was good. There is also lots of food choices very close by and small shops almost just outside the hotel door. One issue I had was that the entrance seems to be a popular location as there is always a gathering of people just by the door step. This is due to an restaurant or bar that is just next door. The staff was very nice and helpful. Although the area was busy the room was quiet on the 3rd floor. The room had an AC and fridge that was very convenient. The bathroom was nice but a bit cramped if you are a big person. Overall it was a very pleasant stay for 2 nights and I would definitely do it again provided my room is the same or better.

Good location, near the subway Termini and easy to get to centre town. To me, it was a bit cold in the room. Excepting that, everything was clean and i was pleased with the room and the daily housekeeping.

The only saving grace is the location . It is across the Terminus. Defintely not disable -friendly hotel. We moved after the first night, as it was impacting my knees. The manager can checked if I had a disability. Told my husband he would refund the balance if the booking company agrees. The booking company agreed, till today, we see no refund. Rooms are dingy and dim. Low voltage buls used in their rooms. Passage ways to rooms narrow.

Convenient location for Sapienza University and traveling. Air conditioning was excellent, even in the middle of record-breaking heat wave. The breakfast was reasonable (7 euros - cheaper than some neighbouring places). Slightly noisy at times, but with windows closed, it was ok. Room was fine, with comfy mattress/pillows, but no bedside table and a little 'worn' overall. Fast checkin and very nice.
