Really nice rooms with AC and quite nice furniture. Really nice staff and vibes family run, great breakfast. The beds were a little stiff my only complaint. Still all around 5 stars would return. Great location.

We had a lovely 2 night stay, all staff were friendly and gave us good recommendations. Room was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. The hotel is a short walk to the train/bus station. Be careful if following google maps to the hotel as in general Google maps did not do a good job anywhere in Venice finding places.
