Room was clean.Shower was tiny with very limited!! supply. The only way to get fresh air was to open the bathroom window(then everything can be seen) Location was good but a little bit hard to find. Front desk staff was very helpful, helping us to store our luggages and make dinner reservation as I requested for help.

Location is excellent, really close to most highlights in Venice and transport links. Word of warning for any light sleepers - the bar on the ground floor gets very busy and loud on weekends. The air conditioning was disabled in the room (was told its winter) and no way to turn off the heating (26 degrees). If you open a window you get mosquitoes, noise and cigarette smoke in the room. If you keep it closed you get slowly cooked alive. Pros: Competitive price Large clean room and bathroom Excellent location 24 hour reception Cons: Busy bar downstairs No air conditioning Timber floors - neighbour stomping noise travels If you're a heavy sleeper and enjoy a sauna this is the place for you. Stayed in nicer places in Venice but this is likely the cheapest so might be worth a compromise given your priorities.

There are better options for places to stay in Venice for the price than this hotel. The front desk staff members were not helpful and were pretty rude/dismissive. The room was overpriced for the quality, the hotel is tricky to find as well if you’re not familiar with Venice. Every other hotel we stayed at in Italy we loved and would recommend.
