BEAUTIFUL is not enough. Cozy hotel with great location, cute rooms, lovely decoration and most important the service of its people especially Tiziano. We spent Xmas and our honeymoon at the same time this past December, and he kindly surprised us with cute honeymoon details in different days along Luca his colleague. Tiziano made sure we received the best recommendations around the Venice and surrounding towns and he always made sure we enjoyed our stay. We haven’t met such a nice person in any other hotel and we travel a lot! Highly recommended

This was a lovely hotel with nice Venetian charm. The check-in process was very easy with good communication from the hotel staff before our trip. The location is super convenient and close to the water bus stops, so arriving and leaving with all our luggage was fairly simple. There were also lots of good restaurants, small shops, and a laundromat nearby, and the Rialto bridge was only a few mins walk away. The staff were super friendly and helpful; they gave great recommendations and had maps to help navigate the city. The room itself was very clean and surprisingly spacious, and the Venetian decor definitely elevated the experience. If you’re able to get the balcony room or at least a canal-view, we highly recommend it! Overall this was a very pleasant stay; we will definitely be staying here again next time we come back to Venice.

We stayed here with our dog for 5 days and it’s a recommendable place. Hotel personnel, Lucca and Cristiano, were very polite and accommodating. The cleaning staff also performed their duties well. This is a true boutique hotel with only 8 rooms. And we managed to get one that faced the canal and it was the smaller/economic one. Prices are higher but you pay for the location. Will stay here again upon our return to Venice.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Tiziano's place in Venice! Tiziano was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. His helpful advice on what to see and do in Venice was invaluable and added a special touch to our trip. The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the stunning river view from our room - it felt like a dream waking up to such a picturesque scene every morning. I wholeheartedly recommend his place to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Venice.

I can't sing the praises of this little hotel enough. We spent two nights there. The rooms were lovely, with nice personal touches; the location can't be beat- off a little canal, a 20 minute walk from the train station. The manager, Tiziano, really rocked it. I actually usually go for larger, more impersonal hotels, I'm not big on interacting with innkeepers, etc. But Tiziano was just delightful and is completely genuine in trying to make sure his guests have a good experience, providing us with walking maps, restaurant and sightseeing recommendations and any other questions you might have. If I find my way back to Venice, i will stay here again.
