Nice hotel in a central position, good for walking around or reaching other part of the city by metro and urban train. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast options wide. The staff was very professional and nice.

The hotel is located in the central area, with all facilities/ amenities that we need while staying in Barcelona. The staff at reception were professional. I just got a huge room with a smoking area on the first floor in the building that was wonderful and made me really happy. The bedroom has a good design, big bathroom and the shower, no words for that amazing shower. Five stars to the drinks and snacks in the room fridge. I really recommend this hotel to everyone that is going to Barcelona.

This hotel had the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Every single person we encountered with was disrespectful. They would kick me and my friend out of the lobby and wouldn’t even let us have the sweets on the tables that are there for guests. At the end of the stay we decided that we didn’t want to stay there because of the way they treated us and they wouldn’t refund the room. I definitely don’t recommend the hotel. The rooms where too small and dirty, definitely not worth the price. The only thing that was good is the location but there were many other and nicer hotels on the same street.
