The service here was five stars. Everybody was super attentive to our needs, and tried to make sure that we had the best experience possible. The room was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower had a lot of pressure – all of the things that I typically used to to evaluate a property. We felt completely safe, walking anywhere, and everywhere we had to, and this place was close enough that we could walk to most of the major locations. I would highly recommend this place for anybody who’s looking to come to Istanbul.

Service was phenomenal! Was our first time in Istanbul and I was so pleased we chose this hotel. Location is close to the main historical sites. Front desk was very helpful with awesome recommendations and answering our questions. The room was small and clean. We did choose the economy room, hence it's size. Breakfast was great with a lot of selection. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect hotel for the perfect price. Right in the middle of town. Quick walk to many historic sights and also close to local restaurants with extremely low cost. A perfect 5 star experience. Excellent breakfast spread and cook. Beautiful rooftop scenery. Balcony view impeccable. Service of staff is top notch and very helpful. Lovely people and a wonderful place. Felt right at home.

The room was immaculately cleaned, and the hotel offers round-the-clock room service and concierge assistance. The breakfast provided was of exceptional quality. Moreover, its proximity to renowned landmarks such as the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Grand, and the Spice Bazaar is truly advantageous. The rooftop restaurant is an exquisite dining option, allowing guests to relish delectable cuisine while enjoying the breathtaking sunset view. In every aspect, this hotel is truly exceptional. The management and staff are notable for their warm, accommodating demeanor, consistently going above and beyond to ensure the utmost comfort and satisfaction of their guests.

All the reviews here are spot on! The staff were nothing short of exceptional, no ask was too much. The first day we were here; there was heavy rain and as we were leaving they immediately offered us an umbrella. Truly wonderful people who are always happy to help. During breakfast, they have a lady who makes flatbread in a traditional method and that is definitely the highlight of breakfast. There's a huge variety of the breakfast with new selections each day. The lady who serves there is so helpful. I have a dairy intolerance and she would always make me a coffee with coconut milk. I mistakenly booked a double instead of a twin room but they fixed it straight away for us. Always there to greet us and see us off. The hotel is literally minutes away from the blue mosque which we were lucky to visit early morning when it was empty (a must if you stay here!) Although the terrace restaurant was closed due to weather conditions, its open to hotel customers and the view is just breathtaking! This is my third time visiting Istanbul and I can honestly say this has been the best overall hotel!
