Staff were unable to accommodate our request to have one bed for our honeymoon after two nights of asking. The front staff left a note twice to housekeeping but nothing was done about it. Breakfast was poor, they couldn’t refill the breakfast bar fast enough to keep up with demand. Only thing I enjoyed was the coffee and real scrambled eggs. Location was central and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

It's a great hotel in a very good location. It's been completely updated since i last stayed here, and it's been a great renovation. The rooms are a great size, nice size bathrooms and for a 3 star hotel its brilliant. I would definitely stay here again

We had a bad experience this time. My son forgot his bag just outside the exit. We drove away but then called immediately to have the front desk people grab the bag and hold it while we drove back. They informed us the bag was gone. We went back and the luggage was at sitting just outside the door as explained. This lack of interest and service after we checked out was sad and unacceptable. I do not think I'll return. Used to be my favorite hotel in Sevilla. Not anymore.
