We stayed here about a month ago and had a wonderful experience! The rooms were very clean, the hotel was close to many of the sites we wanted to see and the staff were very friendly and helpful! Our concierge, I believe his name was Antonio or Alejandro (My apologies, as I do not remember) was incredibly accommodating and kind. We came earlier than our check in and he let us leave our bags at the hotel, and recommended many locations for us to check out, he also gave me a real madrid scarf, when he found out it was my favourite team! It was a great experience!

Modern elegant. Avoid eating there as the food is better elsewhere. Buffet breakfast was a big let down. Location is pretty good. Walkable to the plaza España and all that is Sevilla. Located in the business district of Sevilla.

Only issue ... very minor is the bathroom is a bit small, hangers short in supply, breakfast: coffee good, place had issues keeping up with the tour groups. We were comfortable in the room, finally a place where the a/c worked fully.

If you come from another country to explore Sevilla do not stay here. We will be complaining to our travel agent in regards to this hotel. Terrible location. The cleaning of the room is disgusting, they never replaced our face towel even though we were there for 4 nights. We had to beg for drinkable water every day because they also did not place any new bottles of water.
