Very basic, it's an aged hotel. Location OK. Room has a light sewage smell, size is good for solo traveller. Stayed here two nights, receptionists have a cold spearing stare at people. It was not a friendly look. The night I checked in, the receptionist nearly wouldn't allow my friend to walk me to my room.

We stayed 2 days in Bologna, the reception was so kind to keep our 2 luggage while we were going to Venice for another 2 days. After returning, we stayed 1 day more there and all was good with our luggages. Breakfast could be improved, but the coffee was good. The rooms were cool, although outside was burning. We did not need to use AC during the night. Enough close to the center that we walked everyday. Kind and helpful people. Thank you!

This hotel offers a convenient location to be close to the airport. The rooms are clean and properly equipped. The staff is attentive, kind and resolutive.

Note this review is for a premium room and they are different. The room is on the last floor and it may get very hot, but there is AC in the room. The bathroom is suitable for tall people. There is also a coffee machine in the lobby, but the coffee, as you would expect, wasn't really good. Our room was cleaned every day and the first day the lady came around 13:00 and we were still in the room and she told us she will clean it later and around 15:00 we left the hotel for a while and she cleaned. I don't know if this is common, but in other hotels I didn't receive such late cleaning service and instead got it on the other day. The location of the hotel may not be excellent as it is far from the center and the neighborhood is refugee, but still calm and quiet.
