Beautiful hotel in a great location. Excellent service. We stayed in a deluxe room. It was more than ample in size for two people. The bathroom was very spacious. Our stay was in late September. The weather was a bit cold out, but the room was perfectly cozy. Parking was offsite but reasonable.

It's a good hotel. The classic double room was too small for me (the bathroom was very big ^^) I paid a little extra and moved to a deluxe room. The deluxe room was very satisfying with two large windows and a small veranda looking at the main street, and the heater under the window worked, so it wasn't cold. I have a good experience staying at a classic Heritage hotel over 100 years old, and the location is very good. It's the building next to the opera theater and the Zahe Hotel. The staff were friendly and breakfast was served properly, and the various breads were especially delicious. It's a valuable experience in Austria's most central region.

Fantastic hotel. Lovely spacious and very clean room. A big thanks to Dalia on reception for looking after us well. She was amazing. All staff were friendly. The only criticism is that the hot food for breakfast was only luke warm - it needs to be hotter! Apart from that no complaints whatsoever. Thank you for adding to the Vienna experience 🙏 ❤️

An amazing hotel in an amazing city. My best friend and I visited early December to visit the Spanish School of Riding, to see the sights and Christmas Markets. The hotel is perfectly situated for all of these activities. The staff were lovely - helpful and friendly. Room was warm, spacious and spotlessly clean. The hotel is grand and the public areas reflect that in their opulence. It's also an easy stroll to the CAT station for transfer to the airport and very near the Karlsplatz tube station for easy access to the Schonbrunn Palace. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

The hotel is in a great location. I also like how it fits in very well with its surroundings. The room was absolutely fine and the breakfast had good choice. But, its greatest strength has to be its staff. I had a personal issue where I lost my passport. It was quite a panic as I had to be back in The UK as soon as possible due to my job. The staff in the hotel were absolutely brilliant. They made phonecalls for me, helped with filling in the lost passport report, were very sympathetic towards my difficulty, and even kept charging up my phone for me so it kept its power! Its a few days later now and I have regretfully forgotten her name (Starts with "T"), but a huge special thanks to the Australian lady on reception who went above, beyond, and extra just to help me. The downside of my trip was losing my passport. The massive plus side was the amount of people in Vienna, of all nationalities, went to unbelievable lengths. They were determined to get me on that flight! Thank you to such great people.
