Love this hotel. Very clean, and quiet! Conveniently situated for when I am working in the area, with a supermarket nearby. There's also a sushi takeaway round the corner which works well for me! No negative points at all. I look forward to staying here again where I felt safe and looked after. The staff were all friendly and attentive to any requests. The building seems to be relatively new and I didn't hear anything from adjoining rooms throughout my 5 night stay which is unusual for Paris. Top marks

The location is too remote from any “point of interest” for walking (definitely not worth it for the breakfast). WiFi pretty weak. Toilet seat has permanent stains on it. High quality toiletries. While the room is well insulated from the outside, not so from the hallway, of which every noise can be heard. The hotel controls the climate system and the room was way too hot - in December… Breakfast was a chaos everyday. Breakfast area is small with kids of all sizes all over the place. Many things run out all the time., tables were not cleared for a long time. We thought that the pastries were not in par - not for France, not for a 4 stars hotel.

Extremely kind and helpful staff. I love sleeping with the windows open but was worried about noise in such a big city. The hotel is on a quiet street, so noise wasn’t a problem, but it’s still just a few steps from the bustle and fun of Paris. Clean room and hotel. I’d be delighted to stay again.

Exceptionally clean with very helpful staff. It was a great place to call home for a week in Paris. Special mentions to Maryam who welcomed us so nicely and looked after us so well, Karine who made our check out easy and fun and the manager, Julien who recommended us a most excellent restaurant and ensured our stay was wonderful. We will be back. The only thing that would have made our stay better would have been to be able to use the pool but at €35 each for the one time we had time to use it, seemed a bit steep

The pool is so much fun! Highly recommend booking in the evening for couples the lighting made it very lovely. Not sure why children were allowed in a "Wine and Spa" hotel. The rooms were quiet and modern, the terrace is a must! Staff was helpful. The only complaint we have is that the shower smelled TERRIBLE after use, they had to come to our room twice to flush with chemicals and it still didn't get rid of it completely. If we were staying longer we would have asked to switch rooms.
