Can't recommend this hotel enough! The location is perfect, beautiful and quiet. The hotel is lovely - great shower and comfortable beds. We stayed in one of the suites so it was really nice to have the extra space. But the best part I would say is the concierge. They are all WONDERFUL! So helpful. One of our friends even chipped a tooth while there and make a dentist appointment for him. They are all great but a special thank you to Hicham for taking extra good care of us. Looking forward to returning!

It is a challenge to say how wonderfully surprised we were by our 5-day stay at Residence Henri IV. On this particular trip, we wanted to stay clear of 'our usual chains' so we could have a more culturally Parisian experience, and we were extremely fortunate to have found Residence Henri IV. The front desk staff went over the top to be friendly, helpful, and supportive. They could not have been better. Ditto the housekeeping staff - the rooms were spotlessly clean, and refreshed to that state every day. The Residence is located in the Latin Quarter and just down the street from interesting cafes, restaurants, and bars that were frequented by university students visiting, laughing, or reading books; all of these were within easy walking distance of the Residence in an area we felt very safe in late into the night. At the Residence, which is about 50 meters down a cul-de-sac from the main street, which is perfect since it leaves any street noise behind, you are also within walking distance of Notre Dame, Old Paris, and other interesting sites. The basement breakfast nook was very comfortable and well-stocked with full breakfast choices of salmon, fruit, breads, meats and cheeses, and juices and coffee. There is also a clean, modern, and very inviting steam room in the basement. The staff in all areas went over the top to be friendly and helpful. Our time at Residence Henri IV was, in all ways, a wonderfully pleasant and positive surprise.

Great 10 day stay. Hotel manager was fantastic. We picked this hotel because we have a 10 year old and it's tough getting a 3 person room in Paris outside of rollaway beds or a pull out couch. We got the Family Room, which is actually two hotel rooms with a common entrance. One room has an additional sitting room, both have their own bath. What we liked about the location is it's away from all the noise and hustle and bustle but it's only a 5-10 minute walk to all that. Short walk to the river and Notre Dame as well as Sainte Germain. Pantheon is right up the street. There aren't all these amazing cafes right outside the hotel but that was ok. It's tucked up a short dead end street so it's quiet at night. Highly recommend if you want something quiet but still accessible. Great pizza joint (Pizza Roma) right up the street.

Isean (not sure how to spell) the hotel manager was by far one of the best hotel manager I have ever experienced. He was so pleasant and helpful and honest. The other front desk people were also great. The hotel has about 13 rooms. It is very small but it was so much cheaper then the other hotels that were rated 4 stars in Paris. I thought it was the perfect location as it was not an area that is overwhelmed by tourists and crowds of people. The room was nicely decorated and quiet. We had a view of building next door so that was the only con. They arranged a rofe to airport for 75 euro. The hotel is very small but the staff made up for it by being so wonderful. I recommend this hotel

My husband and I had a fantastic stay here for 5 days. We rented the apartment and the rooms were lovely with a comfortable bed. Everyone who works here is phenomenal and went out of their way to help us with transportation arrangements or questions. The location is great, very close to the Pantheon and only a mile from the Louvre. We would definitely stay here again and have recommended it to family.
