It has been a great say. I would like share my special thanks to Emre bey for his hospitality and kindness. Everything was perfect, the room, cleanliness, breakfast, location. If I visit Istanbul again, I’ll definitely stay there.

Initially our booking was made on 25 March. Because of our country’s flight interdictions, we didn’t come to Istanbul. But our hotel kept the reservation, to which we are very thankfully. We came for 7 nights. The hotel is near the Ortakoy public transport station so it’s easy to take a bus in any direction. Cleaning was done in every day, the breakfast was really good and you can have a coffee, juice or tea. The hosts were very kind, especially thanks to Emre. He was like a local guide for us, he helped us everyday how to find our destinations with succes. We enjoyed our stay very much !

Value for money for sure. Belezza hotel is near dowtown Ortakoy although is located at a strange spot to find by car (among buildings and short roads) and also difficult to walk due to an uphill. The rooms are extremely clean and cared. The personnel is very polite and helpfull. We didn't have any noise of the outside even though you can here the entire city once you open the window. Great wi-fi connection to all the floors. Decent breakfast (egg, tomato, olives and stuf) -maybe they can take care of that at the near future. Also unlimited coffee and water! Just a small issue with little humidity at the walls of the one room. But the best thing at the hotel is Mr. Emre at the reception! Hands down one of the most carrying maangers i've ever met. He helped us with every small or big problem we had in our 6days stay and made everything better for us. Definitely visit it.

Quiet, clean, modern, lovely decor and bedding. No elevator but you are assisted up stairs, with your bags, by hotel staff. Plate served breakfast. Non smoking rooms with an area at entrance if you need to. 10-15 minute slow walk to main streets of Ortaköy. Some very steep hills. Wear shoes with good gripping soles and you'll be OK. Maybe not for the elderly or those with baby prams. By car no problem. Enjoy!
