A gem in Istanbul I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in Istanbul, and it has quickly become my favorite. The location is perfect, offering easy access to key attractions. The staff is not only friendly but goes above and beyond to ensure a delightful specially. Mehmet and Eren. Safety is a top priority here, providing peace of mind to guests. The rooms surpassed my expectations – spacious, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable. This hotel strikes the perfect balance between luxury and practicality. I can't praise it enough and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul. It's a gem that deserves recognition.

Very good hotel! We really liked our vacation here!!! Clean cozy rooms. Location is nearby many shops and restaurants. Service is on very high level. Special thanks to the staff at reception!!! They are making all requests in seconds!!! Very professional! We asked for many things like milk in early morning, plates and spoons, everything was provided immediately. Rooms are very warm in winter time.

In this hotel, you get more that what you pay for it. I have spent 5 nights in Jazz hotel. We love it. The location is great specially for people coming for shopping. The room is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful specially Mr.Ahmet and the other young lady with curly hair( I forgot her name). I highly recommend it.

We loved our stay at the Jazz Hotel and would definitely stay again. The rooms were basic but clean. We always had hot water. They only offered maid service one day but I think you can ask for more. We were also there over a holiday. The breakfast was fresh and delicious and the staff were kind and helpful. We had the room with the balcony and it was so lovely. See photos.

Well, I stayed in this hotel for long enough to write a comprehensive review about it. Arrival : I did not feel welcomed. The reception is very close to the door and it is more like an entrance to a bed and breakfast, rather than a hotel. Location: Even though the hotel is located in a nice suburb, but it is in front of a school and on weekdays, you will wake up with students marching to the classes. Quite noisy. The major road works that is happening in surrounding streets in ŞIşli, makes the place unaccessible and suppper noisy. Over night there are heavy vehicles, tractors,... are still working till 12 pm. The rough road surface may cost you a suitcase wheel. I really recommend to avoid the area till the road work is done. Otherwise you may not get sleep at all during your stay. The room: The room is basic, with some issue. The aircondition is directly blowing on the bed and it leaking some time. The TV was not working for a week, after a couple of times asking they fixed it, but it only had German channels !!. The bed is comfortable but the pillow are not. The safe was very basic, and had issue to be locked at the beginning but the staff fixed it for me. The room service: The room service was ok, but the sheets were not changed for 2 weeks of my stay. But the bottled water was served which was nice. The bathroom was clean. But the shower ceiling was covered with mold The door of the room are so noisy on open / closing, so if the next room is leaving or arriving late night, definitely wakes you up next door. The room doesn't have any good selection of coffee or tea, very very basic. In general, I would not choose this hotel again.
