The rooms were very clean. The staff were smiling and very sincere. The location is very good and I will tell my friends and family about this hotel and make sure they stay here.

I stayed in two different room categories during my few nights in Istanbul. The economy single and Deluxe Double with balcony and lovely views. The level of comfort is very similar just the size (and small price increase) are different. The reception did a great job helping me with the upgrade and the service team is top notch. Great Location. I had a very pleasant stay. Thanks to the team at Roomers

Dont be fooled by the photos nothing is like the pictures! Stayed there just over a week ago. The rooms were filthy, smelly rooms, walls were dirty, the toilet was not cleaned properly ( could see urine stains), the sheets were stained and not ironed well; but the worst was that there was small leg and head hair all over the sheets! We called in the room service (which actually didnt exist and the receptionist had to come) to change the sheets, the man smelled of awful sweat that we had to ask him to leave the room and had to change the sheets ourselves (which also had stains on)! If our stay hadn't been only for a night and it was the middle of the night when we got there we would have definitely not stayed!!!!! Worst experience ever!!! But it's location is great.
