We had the opportunity to stay here for 5 days. The staff is lively and very helpful and the location is a plus. Near the Hauptbahnhof (central station) and the opposite to the Naturkündemuseum, you have plenty of choices to get to the metro. Being near the Hauptbahnhof you have plenty of options also for buses and trains, since lot of them start their line there. The position is useful also if you are going to visit someone at the Charité (one hospital of Berlin), which is two / three blocks from the hotel. The hotel gives you the possibility while checking in to choose if you want your room redone everyday or not. Plus for the sustainability. The room was always warm despite the rain and the snow outside. Pets allowed and elevator present in the building. We hadn't breakfast included and that's why I will not review that.

Great hotel in a nice part of Berlin. Modern rooms with what you need. Even a kettle and coffee. Friendly staff. Good housekeeping. The location in Berlin is fine. Close to the metro and tram. About 700 meters from Berlin central train station. Good breakfast buffet.

Great location for getting around. Rooms were clean and the bed really comfortable Could do with a "main light". Great showers Would definitely return here. Close to trams, buses and train station

Hotel stuff is very polite and helpful. Our room was extremely clean and the bed was really comfortable Location of the hotel is perfect and close to the central train station. Too easy to get to the hotel and to airport with trains (re8). Every popular visiting points are in walking distance. Surround is very silent. Room doesn't have a refrigerator and paper slippers. This might be the only negative point of the hotel. Will stay again.
