Great value - rooms are spacious and good. Hotel itself is very safe and staff is attentive and helpful. Location is also great for both the old town and monserrate. Plenty of good restaurants nearby.

Rooms are clean with nice smell PILLOWS ARE AMAZING, comfy and thick Housekeeping are well trained, I just hope they can understand even basic English but I love the housekeeping team. They are doing an amazing job. THEY MIRROR IS BIG BUT LIGHTS ABOVE SO ITS KINDA DARK. THEY FAILED TO PLAN THE LIGHTS WELL Location is great as it’s walkable to all historical places, lots of good cafes BUT NOT SAFE AND MANY STREET DWELLERS WIFI IS SO WEAK AND NOT STABLE, at night I where most are in their room I can’t connect to their Wifi anymore. NOT FOR DIGITAL NOMADS. HOWEVER FLOORS ARE OLD, TILES ARE CRACKING THAT SEEMS LOOKS SO DIRTY,DESPITE OF STAYING OVER A WEEK THE ROOM COFFEE PODS ARE JUST FOR FIRST DAY, SUCCEEDING DAYS COST YOU 50,000cop per pods TOO EXPENSIVE. WAY EXPENSIVE THAN QUALITY COFFEE IN STARBUCKS AND OTHERS. DEPITE ROOMS ARE AVAILABLE AND SEEING YOU WAITING FOR HOURS (mine is 5 hours in the lobby) THEY DONT ALLOW YOU TO CHECK IN LIKE A BUDGET HOTEL RULE. MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS (a guy even argue to front desk) DOZENS OF NEW CHECK IN YET ONLY 1 RECEPTIONIST SO CHECKING IN IS LIKE A TURTLE. The male receptionist is well trained & mannered (he handles the checking complains with grace) HOWEVER the 2 lady in front desk a somehow needs to undergo some service oriented training. A guy patiently waiting for hours to check in yet this 2 ladies speak Spanish, laugh hard and look at the guy and laugh again like they are in their house. VISITOR MUST PAY LOL BED IS KINDA HARD, not really comfy NO TOOTHBRUSH & TOOTHPASTE NO SLEEPERS

I had an incident with the front desk for additional room I asked the people if breakfast included they say it was additional charge I paid the charge but then they fail to tell me that the breakfast service stopped at 10:00 I had paid for the service around 9:15 and then they didn't tell me that I had to go downstairs to the third floor to get it. I specifically asked for the service be brought to my room. Then I had to argue about a refund. I had a good mountain view from the fourth floor. Room was clean and floor was quiet.

Breakfast is awesome, add water and sugar to their natural juice. Thank me later lol. Try the pineapple jam, they have a variety of things. Try the yogurt drink. They can make you eggs, scrambled with cheese and such. The beds were amazing and the rooms were super nice. The staff is very friendly. I do not recommend the food delivered to the rooms. It's from elsewhere and they take forever and doesn't taste good. It's like an Uber eats delivery, but not good. It was so bad. But it's not made at the hotel, but if it's midnight and you are hungry they will recommend that. I say skip it lol get something from the vending machine.
