It has a bed to sleep, but very poor reception, don't have breakfast, not very clean. I asked for the payment comprovation in about one week and nobody answered me. And it's not cheap.

I don't recommend this "hotel". I've been in São Paulo and due to the location I ended up choosing to spend my stay there, but it was a cold day and there was only one blanket in the room, so I called the reception and asked for another blanket and they promptly gave it to me, just another blanket... when I went to cover myself , I soon smelled the bad smell, then I noticed that it was dirty, it looked like a homeless person. I've never seen a hotel not have a real BLANKET! The bathroom drain emits a strong odor. This Hotel looks more like a Motel.

The room where I stayed, doesn't have proper lighting, full of mosquitoes, I just need to carry myself, very bad pillows, horrible internet, lights next to the bed don't work, stinking blanket, for the daily price at least one blanket and a well-organized room would have to be there, so don't come here, it's not worth it, the only thing that's worth it is the bakery next door, the people here are uneducated, they pretend they don't even listen to you, they just want to receive is your problem, not even coffee they give, just because of the bakery next door, next time I won't stay here

I arrived to stay for just one night, but I couldn't stay for 20 minutes. I checked out and went to another hotel. Employee with an ugly face all the time, you asked her something, she didn't answer you, she just made gestures with her face. It seemed like we were there as a favor, even though I paid a lot for the horrible quality of service. My room was out of toilet paper, I went to ask the girl at reception, she looked like she was going to kill me with her eyes. Really unbelievable. If the boss isn't careful, this employee will end up bankrupting his hotel, as she has the gift of ruining anyone's day.
