A gem of a location in Venice, Italy. Located 7 minutes from S. Lucia train station, across the Ponte deli Scalzzi. Not super easy to get to, due to having to climb the stairs of the bridge with luggage, so maybe arrange a water taxi, but well worth the “adventure”! Rooms were smaller, but extremely quiet & clean. Staff was amazing as well.

Fantastic hotel. Quiet and in a central location off the tourist path. Easy to get to. The rooms were so creative and lovely. We had a room on the top floor and the service of the staff was incredible. I brought a grogu toy with me, and the gentleman who checked us in was laughing with us about grogu, and the next morning over breakfast he set our table with a printed grogu! Absolutely delightful! What a thoughtful and funny touch. Great service, classy hotel, and also delicious breakfast.

Style of hotel is beautiful and stylish, and great location near some super bars and close to the boat stop to take you down the Grand Canal. Lovely breakfast too!

Room is clean. Reception staff is professional, super nice and welcoming. Breakfast, however, is subpar: food is bland and there's not much choice, and most of all if you have a room on the first floor, you'll get woken up at 7 by super loud noises of them installing the breakfast space (dishes being piled, chairs being moved); breakfast which won't even be served before another 30 minutes -in theory, since the breakfast staff is not punctual and will really take their time to come and ask for your beverage order. Very disappointing on that account.
