I stayed one night instead of two. I join the other comments where people say that walls are thin. I thought the customer sleeping in the room next to mine was in my room, I could listen to his calls, I know his life now (and yawning at 7am). Another person decided to turn on the tv the whole night and someone else used the hair dryer at 1a.m, waking me up one more time. I slept four hours. I don't recommend this place.

No way this is 4 star, 3 star MAX. They say there’s parking and THERE ISN’T, we had to park on the street. The last occupant’s soap in the dish (with hair attached), no safe but you have to leave keys with reception, the lights flickered so badly you couldn’t have them on, heater was falling off the wall, curtains didn’t block out the 24hour bright lights, and the beds were not only hard, but didn’t have a king mattress cover so if you rolled over at night they would shift and you’d fall down the gap!

This was an experience...someone booked me in this "hotel" at last minute. I've never been in such a poor hotel. The entrance is unbelievable, the hall contains all the garbage bins for the whole building, it stinks and is ugly. The hotel rooms in the 4th floor are unbelievable small, almost no space to go around the bed. Impossible to do a simple sun salutation in the morning. And you can hear every little detail of a normal phone conversation in next door rooms. Breakfast in 2nd floor is very poor, only coffee is acceptable (but this is true in all Italy). Summary: do not go to this "hotel". You'll regret it.

This hotel was a disappointment. We had to go through a side entrance to get to the room and there were garbbage bins right there, the elevator was probably 100 years old and we used the stairs instead. The room was totally outdated and mouldy smelling, the bathroom smelled funny too. The window faced a disgusting inside wall so we kept it shut. No blankets or comforter on the bed, skimpy bathroom towels.. Although the location is very good I do not recommend this hotel.

The room was very clean, friendly reception and cleaning stuff. Our room was quiet, except 1 night when there were ladies speaking loudly until 3 o’clock. It was not possible to sleep. As the building is old, we hear literally everything. Also, the view from our window was on a wall. So our room was dark. We couldn’t see the light of the day. The elevator is REALLY old. It doesn’t work all the time. If you’re disabled or with a baby stroller - this hotel is definitely not for you. Also, the city tax was accepted only by cash.
