This is one of the best hotels I have experienced in Europe. Not only are the rooms spacious and clean, but the staff is absolutely fantastic! From being greeted at the front desk to the breakfast area, they are always extremely polite and welcoming. I highly recommend staying here for an enjoyable experience. Plus this hotel is walking distance to all major attractions and has easy access to public transportation as well.

My husband and I recently stayed at Rome Life for 4 nights and our stay was fantastic! The staff here are not just friendly; they are incredibly welcoming and go out of their way to assist you. From check-in to check-out, their hospitality was impeccable. Our room was great – clean, tidy, and well-maintained. In fact, during our stay in Italy, we compared all of our 4 star hotels back to Rome Life as it was our most favourite. The location is also incredibly close to all main attractions, but the rooms were still quiet and the area felt very safe. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional effort the staff at Rome Life put into their customer service. I accidentally left my wallet behind, and the hotel greatly assisted in safely shipping it to my home in South Africa. I believe their commitment to ensuring the return of lost property reflects their dedication to guest satisfaction. Overall, I highly recommend Rome Life for an outstanding stay with a friendly and helpful staff, spotless rooms, and a level of service that goes above and beyond. We can't wait to return! It's experiences like these that make a trip truly memorable.

Good hotel. Because during our stay, winter was actually not that cold outside. Our room got rather hot, and the cold AC option was not available. Also our room smelled like cigarettes. Still pretty good stay.

This place is great. The location is soo good, we walked everywhere! It was a pleasant surprise at how close we were to all the major sights but you don't feel like you're in the thick of it. Being located on a quieter side street makes this place feel like home away from the busy-ness of the city. The room has everything you'll need, even providing individually wrapped toothbrush kits, shaving kits and beauty kit. The towels are a good size which is always a bonus. Cleaning service was thorough and efficient. Breakfast was very tasty, same choice each morning but lots to pick from so you can easily chop and change each day. Staff are all very friendly and speak good English, if like me your italian isn't very good. Lots of areas to sit around and relax in, including the roof terrace. Only issue is the (sometimes) unfortunate smell we were met with in the main reception but I think this may be a Roma drain issue as it wasn't only here we smelled it. Most days this was covered by a pleasant aroma. I would definitely stay here again.
