Clean room and great location! Not on a major street so it wasn’t loud other than cinema patrons down below but it wasn’t very disruptive. My only complaint is that they state on their website that they guarantee the best rate so I booked directly through them. I then found a cheaper rate and emailed them about it but they refused to match the lesser price I found. This seems deceptive to advertise that they will have the lowest price but then not stand behind that policy. (Yes, the rate was for the same type of room and number of people.)

Plenty of space in our room. Although we may have got lucky booking a twin room but getting 3 beds. The rest of the hotel is basic but it’s in a great part of town on a quiet side street.

Room was wonderful! Nice and clean, especially the bathroom. We loved the usb outlets! When we arrived we had to pay extra fees we weren't aware of. The staff tried explaining what these fees were, we couldn't understand and it was late so we just paid it to get to bed. Not sure if this is a usual thing for extra fees in paris.

We booked the room and when we checked in the reception told us that our room s included breakfast. I asked her twice to make sure and she said yes. When we check out the other reception said that we have to pay for our breakfast and charged us €12/pp. She even not bother to say that she will check again about this mistake. All is our false. How ridiculous is it? If we know the breakfast not included we would happy to eat out. This s a scam. And she made us so embarrassed at the lobby, feel like we are scammer. Please check the black, Short curly hair work at 2pm on 17th Dec. She told us the room 107 include breakfast. Smiling and confirming to us twice.
