Stayed here on very short notice after our other accommodation flooded. Staff were friendly, rooms were clean and the location was excellent! They even set up a crib for baby - super clean. There is a lift that takes you up to the first floor and then an internal lift that takes you to the second so very minimal stairs. Lifts are small but we managed to fit the pram in there so it was very useful.

Location was 11/10 Room was clean, big enough with all facilities needed. There was also AC as I went in late June and the weather it's really really hot Bathroom was great, clean and vetter than most 3+ ☆ hotels I have been in, only the shower had a bit lower pressure that I am used at. They welcome you with great hospitality, and even though the check in time was at 12:00pm, they had made the room ready at 9am when we went to leave bags. The only things was that elevator was a bit small, but thats because of the building architecture, and there was no parking (this is an issue in florence overall) I never understood why it was a 2☆ hotel. Everything was perfect.

Got in from a late train ride to a sign on the door that they closed check in at 8 and wouldn’t wait for us. Said that we’d still have to pay for the reservation. They said that they tried to call and email us many times and we had no missed calls or emails from them. Do not book

The service was brilliant, super friendly, explained how everything worked and given a tour which was honestly a little unexpected but greatly appreciated. The rooms are not super big but to be honest considering it's only a place to lay your head at night they were perfect for my needs, they were cleaned everyday, definitely a bonus. The location is perfect, literally within a 10-12 minute walk of whatever you want in any direction, frankly the fact this place is only 2 stars really surprises me it deserves more.
