Very small and slow elevators for so many floors and rooms. The rooms in front side of the hotel are disturbed from the traffic and visitors smoking and talking on the pavment. The a/c in room 103 goes crazy. With 24°C outside with closed window you feel like being in the oven. Even the walls are warm. We have to turn it of and wait with opened window the room to get cool according to outside temperature. The reception insists that this is normal!!

The hotel is ok, spacious rooms (no closets for clothes). The bathroom could be more modern or at least slightly renovated.

The staff were very helpful, my luggage had been misplaced at the airport and they were willing to help with accepting the luggage delivery and even contacting us when it came The hotel is very easy to find and the parking is free and there were many spaces every day. The general appearance of the hotel and the lobby looked nice and clean, and also very professional. The hotel room wasn't quite up to scratch, the door was catching on the floor and had been for a long time so the floor was damaged. The wallpaper was peeling slightly in the room and looked a bit tacky. The bathroom wasn't the best either, the shower head leaked and also the shower door let a lot of water through onto the floor. We ordered a double room and there were two single beds together with two single quilts, a little bit frustrating. Also the breakfast was pretty basic and I got a spoon with quite a bit of dried on food that hadn't been cleaned.

This hotel is decent, it's quiet at night and only a few minutes walk from Old town. The beds are very firm, and the breakfast leaves a little to be desired. They have a 24 hour kiosk with self checkout in the lobby, Incase you need a drink or snack and don't feel like walking to one of the many mini markets in the area. This hotel is a good option for the price.
