We stayed in this hotel for four nights from December 28, 2023 to January 1, 2024. The hotel is absolutely fabulous. Located near the Old Town, you are within walking distance of a lot of very interesting sights. Parking, while not located on the hotel property, is just around the corner and very affordable. Breakfasts are in the form of a buffet and provide both local and international favorites. The rooms are very clean. The hotel restaurant is very good (I recommend the cheese steak). TH bartenders are wizards at mixing cocktails. The real gem of the hotel is its staff. They are incredible helpful and really make the visitor feel welcome. Two receptionists, Daniel and Gabriela, were very helpful when I needed a problem solved (noyt related to the hotel). They went above and beyond to help me. Even the ladies from housekeeping were friendly and communicative. I really enjoyed speaking with them. I highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be returning.

Rooms are reasonably sized and clean. Had a comfortable and quality sleep during my one night stay. Location is good close to the old town and not too far from the bus stop of line 100 to the airport from the airport the walk is a bit further. Breakfast spread was in general sufficient. Hhonors recognition was ok in general except there was no room upgrade provided like other HGI properties in Europe.

Best hotel breakfast I've ever had. Definitely recommend you do the breakfast instead of points. The only negative is that you have to park in a public parking garage a block down the road and walk to the hotel. It's not a huge problem, just annoying because parking was advertised as "available" on the site we booked through. This Hilton does not have its own parking.

We stayed at the 5th floor. The room was very clean, with everything you need. There is also a laundry self service at -1 floor, for free. The only issue is that there is a club near the place with awful music that keeps you awake sometimes until 5 AM, which is unpleasant. The municipality should take care of these issues! Some better acoustic insulation will make this the best hotel in the city center, if the authorities are not capable of closing these clubs. What else? The management knows about these issues so they've provided earplugs.
