Great choice of central hotel in Bucharest. First-Excellent service. Very friendly staff and extremely helpful. Second- We got upgraded to a beautiful designed room with a gorgeous view. Third- We got the parking right at the front door. What else!?!?! We enjoyed our stay being in walking distance to all the places planed to see. Definitely, we'll be back :-)

This is honestly not a 5 start hotel. Barely a 4 star. Rather go for one of the better 5 stars in the area. Terrible service, none of the facilities like gym or sauna are working or open at all and the facilities are just the cheapest materials to look expensive. Just rather book another hotel.

The rude man at the reception desk ruined my birthday stay on 11/05/22. Got a bottle of wine and a complimentary porcelain basket of fruits that shattered and cut my hand. Went to the reception desk bleeding and when I apologized for the mess the receptionist's reply was: "what is it you want? Another free bottle of wine?!". Disgusting. I see guests complaining about poor treatment to this day, so he still works there. Have better standards for the staff you employ - that's unacceptable for a 5 star hotel.

I can't believe I even have to write this, but it's the right thing to do. Starting off, the person who welcomed me at the front desk was simply rude. He made a comment that I had a lot of suitcases & his colleague is going to get mad at him for storing them. (We had 2 large & 2 small ones). I can tell there are a lot of arguments going on between the young staff & it makes customers very uncomfortable. Finally, I'm in the suite & it looks great. I wake up the next morning & notice a used condom on the floor. Disgusting!!! Attaching an image. How does cleaning miss such an obvious thing is beyond me??? I had my son there who had questions. I got scared someone came into the room which was traumatizing. Next day, cleaning opens my door when the privacy was on, & when I mentioned it, she said, "oh it fell on the floor" (not sure, this I can still judge favorably.) For the price you pay & the experience you expect to have they need professional staff. What a shame. I reached out to mgmt via email & got no response either. The hotel itself is in a good location. Update: as you can see from their response, they're blaming me for their negligence. I had explicitly stated that I noticed it only a day after checking in. I have a video I took from the room upon check in, & you can spot the condom there. And no! I didn't tell anyone until I checked out because I thought it was one your staff that did it out of spite & was afraid. Calling the cops would've been a better option. Stop gaslighting people & treat your customers with respect.
