What a dreadful experience! My first encounter with a hotel that strictly allows check-in only at 3 pm without exceptions. We arrived at 2 pm after a long flight, and despite the room being ready, they insisted on adhering to their policy. After registering at 2:40 pm, we were asked to wait at the side with the promise of receiving our room key soon. However, at 3 pm, when the official check-in time began, they started attending to other guests in the queue, seemingly ignoring us near the counter. At 3:30 pm, we had to queue to finally get our room card, and their staff claimed our room was ready but they were too busy. Are we invisible standing infront of your counter? To worsen matters, our bed had bed bugs, and I got bitten! Despite informing the hotel reception and them instructing a thorough cleaning, I still had 2-3 bites afterward. This sister company of Caesar Hotel is truly subpar 👎🏻

Great place to stay if you wanna explore Taipei but prefer not to stay in busy/noisy locations. This hotel is in the heart of Banqiao district with just few steps away from the MRT station with a shortcut route via Caesar Park Hotel. The room is not huge but serves its purpose. Overall friendly staff & clean environment!

No hangers for trousers, no lotion in the room nor ear plugs. No wine glasses or water glasses in the room. Very poor option for coffee and tea( one 3 in 1 coffee and one black coffee) as we booked a double room for 2 people. Response was underwhelming when I requested above items. I won’t be staying here for the price. It’s not much less than Hilton or Ceaser closed by.

Poor receptionist service. Initially told me can provide free late checkout till 2pm on the second day I check in, but on my last night of stay, receptionist deny the late checkout and said free check out only until 12pm and will charge me NT$500 per hour thereafter. This was totally indifferent of what I was told by the earlier staff. Luckily I went to confirm again otherwise I will be charged for another NT$1000 without knowing. Location is quite near MRT, about 5-10mins walk away. Rooms generally clean but bed and pillow too soft
