Nice staff, great service, clean and large room. The hotel is quiet and comfortable. Location is not the best but they provide shuttle/taxi schedule to near metro station. The thing that bothered me was that people smoke in here. I kept telling front desk but it did not help. The second hand smoke was so strong in the hallway that it got into my room when I opened my door.

Had a wedding celebration here! It's a great place for having tables below 10 and the dishes were lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful. Big thanks to Jenny Li.

I would have given 5 stars except that breakfast was disappointing. For the price, i expected better. The bacon was rubbery. Suggestions: don't microwave the bacon bake it or use a griddle or pan. Make sure the croissants are not stale.

Quiet comfortable spacious room. Team are helpful and efficient. Breakfast choice a little limited and they rush you away at 10:00, it's international. Also a choice of Asian and international restaurants. Some may be put off by the location, not central and at least 20 minutes walk to MRT but they offer occasional complimentary taxi to MRT and the buses are frequent and easy to use. The location was perfect for my needs. And it means you can get a good room, quiet, and not expensive for what you get. Little touches like complimentary snack left each day. Sauna, jacuzzi, gym, ideal for business travelling, with meeting room. Would choose again.
