We came from Texas and stayed 5 nights in room 301 which their website shows as a "Prestige Bellevue" room type. The room, the service, the breakfast, and the location were perfect. We would definitely stay again. They had daily room service (something a lot of hotels no longer offer). Every employee we interacted with was pleasant and accommodating. The only downside was the fire alarm in our room that went off 4 times even though there was no fire. It never went off at night so it wasn't a big deal. We ate breakfast here everyday and it was nice. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The location was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff at the reception were excellent. They were friendly, accommodating and even helped me with my French. The location is close to everything. It was nice to have access to coffee and juice at any time. Thanks

PATHETIC EXPERIENCE AT THE PLACE…PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK AT THIS PLACE.They say it’s a valet and secure parking but there is no guarantee of the same. My car was vandalized during my trip with my wife to the hotel. To add to the misery the hotel staff including their director showed absolutely no empathy and all they could say and try to prove was that they are not responsible for the break in and they can’t help me whatsoever. I am not talking about only monetary value but zero empathy from the staff made this situation even more miserable. I would only say Sheila was the lady at the reception who was really helpful and showed empathy towards us . She really gave us lot of strength and showed empathy which helps so much in these situations. Thank you so much Sheila for that and also to the guy who helped in putting the plastic wrap on the broken window. I can send pics of the vandalism as well just if anybody wants to see. Wont recommend this hotel to anyone. Cleaning in my room was also done just once in my 3 nights stay. And also to let everyone know breakfast is the same everyday and they simply heat it and put it up everyday . None of the.breakfast stuff is made in the kitchen. Overall I would have given the hotel a zero rating if that was possible here. Worst 2 days of my trip ever with so much additional money spent on repairs as well.

My wife and I reserved a room, and room chosen was 211. The view of the gouverneur park was amazing. The bed was comfortable and so was the sheets. The toboggan is 2 minutes walk, La citadelle is 10 minutes uphill. The restaurant are extremely close (we didn't have breakfast at the hotel). The over all of the placement of the hotel is perfect as we have never been in quebec city before.

This was a charming older hotel. It is in a perfect location. No more than 15 walking mins from any historical site. Front desk is friendly, attentive and fast. The hotel is showing some signs of age but it's still charming. Valet parking, breakfast, wine, fireplace in lounge all available. Rooms are on the small side but clean and have everything you need for a comfortable stay.
