Very happy with our stay here. The location is amazing! Everything is so close by. Many restaurants just around the corner. Ice skating for the kids was also around the corner. We easily walked to everything we wanted to see. We had a ground floor apartment that was very modern and clean. It was a big apartment with 1 bedroom and two living areas with pull out sofa beds (1 double, 1 queen) with kitchen and also washing machine and dryer. The showers were great and bed and pillows were comfortable. Checkin was easy with great communication from the team. I thought it would be hard not having I site reception but it was not. The online chat feature was very handy when we needed anything and they were always very quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again and cannot recommend it more highly.

Stayed four nights in a second floor apartment. Could not have been happier with the location, clean newly renovated room. Great communication from staff and able to easily restock coffee pods and towels as needed. Parking at hotel garage one block south was only $10 per 24 hrs so very affordable. 5 star all the way

Absolutely amazing experience! The inside really surprised me, fully function kitchen with all necessary items you need from knife to pot. Super Clean room and environment. This hotel does not have front reception so everything including door code is sent by email or message. No parking space and elevator but for this price I’m very happy!

Very nice modern room. Literally a couple minutes walk from the main tourist attractions and restaurants, what a great location. There's no reception desk so you can't check in early. My only complaint is that the room has a couple of bright blue lights emitting from the microwave and TV, also I couldn't figure out how to open- the windows to air out the room - aside from that very happy with our stay.

All 5 star hotel! It's a gem in the heart of the old town of Quebec City. We lived in the unit 302 which is on the top floor with a huge kitchen. Very spacious and newly renovated (the cookware and plates in our kitchen are still sparkling). Walking distance to all attractions in the city. Very quiet at night plus a super soft bed you would definitely enjoy. Normally no reception there but you can text the hotel for any questions and requests for instant replies. This hotel made us want to stay here for longer time if we could. Would definitely recommend if you are traveling to Quebec City. Thank you!
