We were staying at this hotel for 4 days in January. Room for two ( the cheapest and the simplest one). We had chance to live in two a bit different rooms. Good location. The Hotel is located in 20 minutes by walk from The Basilica of St. John, 3/5 minutes from the closest bus stop and 5/10 minutes from the restaurants. The rooms were clean with a lot of towels and a big beds. The room 102 has a view on courtyard, and the room 103 was bigger than previous one with view on the footpath. The rooms were spacious with cozy designs. The room has two mirrors which makes bigger space. The room 102 has two windows and the rooms 103 has just one, but both rooms were very light. You can find ventilations in the rooms as well. The breakfast is quite good with enough sweets. Staff are quite friendly. A man with glasses who works on the reception in the evening was very kind, friendly and polite. He

Nice and quiet hotel. A bit far from main city centre but easy access to bus station. Their lobby needs improvement. I hope they get their sofas cleaned. Overall a nice place

Place to sleep and nothing more. We're with 5 people at 3 rooms. The rooms are a bit run down, which isn't the worst, but the mold in the shower is disgusting, shower door broken. Air-co went is probably not cleaned since it was installed, bedside tables have dirty finger spots almost as old as Rome. 24hrs+ after notifying the staff and nothing happened (we did get fresh towels after the "cleaning" - that's it). Staff is friendly, but don't expect them to do anything. ~30 minutes walk from the Colloseum, 20 minutes walk from Metro. If you get room from the yard it's pretty quiet, if from the street - forget about opening window for the night. Breakfast extremely basic: 2 types of bread, one cheese, 2 types of ham. 3 types of fruit, some cereal. Some sweet croissants, cakes. For this price I'm positive you can find a better place. Cannot recommend.

Very nice Victorian type hotel little far from city but very quiet, good staff and try to get a breakfast included on the room price , not much selection on the breakfast but you will save time as the hotel is bit far from the city. They have a bar in the hotel as well and you can order a take away and sit outside in their garden and enjoy. Rooms are nice and clean and big .
