Amazing location, the metro is on the doorstep, courteous staff, everyone should stay here if they are visiting Paris.

Unfortunately my expectations didn’t meet the price I paid for the room. When I arrived at the hotel, I found that the bathroom in my room was not clean. This was particularly disappointing as I had expected a high level of cleanliness based on the price of the room. Although I was offered a water bottle and juice bottle as compensation, this did not make up for the fact that the room was not clean. Furthermore, I was informed that my room would be changed in the morning, but this did not happen. When I asked the person at the reception about this, he told me that his boss was not available and that he was unable to offer any refund or compensation for the inconvenience. To add to my frustration, I was unable to park at the hotel and had to find a parking spot 1 and a half kilometers away. This was not only inconvenient but also unexpected given the lack of information on the hotel's website about the parking situation. Overall, my stay at your hotel did not meet my expectations and I believe that I am entitled to some form of compensation for the inconvenience and disappointment caused.

We had to cancel our booking because plans changed. We'd booked through Expedia as a pay-later stay. We were charged however. We emailed the hotel but they don't reply! Now Expedia says that the hotel denies and they did not charge our account! I think the hotel's customer support and contact department is not working efficiently enough. I am not sure if they have read my emails yet! It has been since Nov. 15.
