The location isn't the best but to be honest we were prepared to walk in Rome. Hotel has a lift which is great. Room was very dated and a couple of issues that was dealt with very quickly. Breakfast staff superb and efficient. Breakfast OK, very small bowls of fruit put out. Nice bread, cakes, biscuits, cereal, hot coffee, chocolate tea. OJ machine, water etc... hams cheese and boiled eggs. Sufficient enough and understandably the avoidance of food waste which I do agree with. However you have to remember to order you're preferred type of croissant the day before or you miss out. Music played in the lounge which was nice and added atmosphere. There is some sort of hand and body wash in the shower with a hair dryer. Bring 3 tong plugs as there was only one 2 prong in the bathroom. No bedroom mirror which is a shame as you get a dressing table. It was very clean. A map was given at the start with some metro and bus route advice which was useful. Friendly front of house. I think winter time ends in August and so the air con goes off, so you must ask for them to put it on if you need it in the later months.

Very nice place to stay! Just few minutes walking from the train station and you have restaurant literally next door, gelato around the corner, supermarkets nearby and with superb service and guidelines from reception (big thanks to both Mr Andrea and Mr Luca) you can easily navigate and see all the major sights. Awesome buffet breakfast with loads of options. Room is on smaller side however as I was there to see the city it wasn't issue at all. Highly recommend

We took quadruple room for a couple with two kids. the room was very basic and did not provide a comfortable stay. Main drawbacks 1) A very small bath and shower way to small for a grown person to easily take a shower, very cramped and small 2) The Air conditioning is not working during all hours and when it is working doesn't cool the room, we stayed during late September and the room was hot during most of the day. 3) Breakfast is very basic with a very limited variety. All in all I will not be returning during my next stay in Rome or would I recommend this hotel to others.
