Great location. Service at the reception was good and bad depending on the specific person. One man was very nice and helpful! However, a young guy was very useless and unwilling to assist sp we had to use Google instead. The hotel in general was fine. However, there were a lot of ants in our room. In addition, the cleaning ladies kept moving our stuff which I believe to be very uncomfortable. E.g. I always keep my night gown on the bed table when staying at a hotel. One day, I could not find it. We looked everywhere and finally found it in the bed table drawer. We have been to many hotels and never experienced our things moved liked that, very odd. We also experienced not having enough toilet paper as the cleaning ladies had not put out more. They should focus on the basics - like making sure there is enough toilet paper rather than moving people’s personal stuff.

I wasn't expecting much for what I paid. But was pleasantly surprised by the size of the single room, including the large TV and fridge and dining table. And the room was cleaned to perfection after every night. I also liked the modern feature in the room to change settings within the room, no key required just a door card The only thing I disliked was that I could not turn off the radiator or have the option to open any windows. So it was a little too hot in the might for my liking. And as mentioned before the walls are a little thin, but during the night it is quiet enough to get a good night sleep. The location is fantastic with some of the best pizza restaurants within walking distance. And just a 1 minute walk to the Univerista Metro stop The reception staff are very chilled and welcoming. Overall fantastic value and great location.

Fine hotel, just some problems with no toilet paper and some ants. Good ventilation system, and fine location within walking distance to most highlights of the city, metro and the harbor.
