Great place to stay in an excellent location close to the main transport centres, breakfast was included but I am not a fan of sweets for breakfast as they lack the nutritional value to start the day. Cappuccino was good and they have sodas and snacks you can buy. I was a bit horrified when the cleaner used my key to open one of the other rooms though.

Yes, this hotel is really affordable, but is was it worth it? No. The rooms were clean, but apart from that out stay was truly uncomfortable. The toilet seat was broken, the towels were never replaced but always just taken away. The service was quite poor, als the cleaning staff was really rude and it happened several times that we had to wait for more than 15 minutes at the door step, because the “24h reception” was not available.

I'm going to confirm what many other guests already commented. This hotel is a scam, they show you photos of the best room they have, doesn't matter if you check single or double, always the same photo of a big room with a king size bed , but I ended up in a completely different one. I booked a double room for two adults fooled by the pictures I saw online but I was offered a tiny room with a large single bed they claimed was a double (check the attached photo) and when I complained they offered me a room with a bunk bed! The hotel has 3 stars but it deserves 1. The bathroom is tiny and stinks of sewage, the sound insulation doesn't exist and you can hear all the guests arriving, banging the doors etc. There was a safe in the room which wasn't even attached to the wall, the breakfast included was poor. On top of that the hotel is located in one of the dodgiest areas in the city. The positive things - it's near the central station, but with a good metro system in the city it's not a big deal. I was also charged additionally 3,5€ per day per person as a tourist tax, apparently it is a price for a 4 star hotel, a 3 star should charge 2,5€.
