This was such a great hotel!! The staff were absolutely wonderful, especially Natasha - they were so kind and helpful, describing all the different places to go and where to find them on a map, making us feel welcome, greeting us every morning and night. Rooms were cosy and very clean, everything we could need, very comfortable. Incredible value for what we got and such amazing hospitality. Also perfect location - right at the train station and a quick walk to the centre of town where all the amazing food places were. Was really happy with my stay :)

Great hotel, but can be difficult to find. For anyone booking, the big brown door to the left of the Pharmacy with the green neon sign is the entrance. The upper left button is the doorbell. You then walk down the hall, turn right, and go up a couple of levels to find the hotel. It is a very clean hotel, with friendly, helpful staff. I very much enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone.

Was nervous when I first entered the big brown door. Was relieved when I saw this place was bright, eclectic and very clean. Julia and staff went out of their way to help us find our lost luggage. They made phone calls while we were out on an excursion. Even managed to talk to a human at Fedex, not an easy task. They took the time to celebrate with us when the luggage was found. Great location , easy walk from the train station and across the plaza from the subway station.

Located directly opposite the central train station in an old house. Rooms are facing various court -yards of the house and from any court-yard is very LOUD (either from a restaurant, other B&B, office etc). Rooms of the same category have got different size: one can be bigger than another, but still o was told that it was the same category. All cleaning ladies are exceptionally ignorant to clients requests even if they are asked directly and receptions leave messages to them and call them, they just ignore and don’t do it or do with a significant delay. All ladies at the reception are very nice and helpful.
