Very enjoyable trip, we stayed for 5 nights and the rooms were clean, and the family room was very spacious with an additional closet room which was great for space. Vitacura is a very safe neighbourhood, we walked around at night and it is fine, additionally there are several (15+) very good restaurants and bars within 10 mins or less walk. Transport into centre is also very good. Can highly recommend.

We had read a few bad reviews so had a few doubts prior to arrival. Needn't have worried as we were very impressed with the hotel. We checked in late with a night porter who was very helpful. Got to our room, which was very spacious and had a lovely sofa and arm chairs. The bathroom was very spacious, and we even had a walk in wardrobe. The only issue we had was with the air conditioning which was set to winter, and apparently couldn't be changed, as we wanted it cooler as the room was quite hot. We had a very good nights sleep as the beds were very comfortable. Usual set up of lots of pillows and duvet with obligatory narrow throw. Breakfast the next morning was a nice assortment of the usual suspects: eggs, bacon, cereals, bread, pretty awful coffee etc. had mini croissants and Danish which was nice. We had dinner at the bar one veering, although only went for snacks and sandwiches which were plentiful but not the cheapest. Wifi in the room was a little hit or miss but at least it was free, unlike the website which said it had to be paid for so nice surprise. Vitacura itself is beautiful and worth a walk around, it's also incredibly safe with a large choice of lovely cafés and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again

Went there for a meeting, the valet was a bit rude and not so helpful.. maybe because I wasn't driving a Mercedes. Other than that, all went great.

I stayed in this Hotel for a total of 10 days during a business trip. The breakfast was boring and got old very fast, by the 4th day I stopped eating there all together. It seems they do not have a kitchen, so their food is very limited. Now, the real issue I had with this hotel. I had asked for Late Checkout the day before, as my plane left Chile at 6:00pm and the checkout is at 12:00pm. I had been granted Checkout at 2:00pm. At about 11:00pm, I had someone knock on my door, apparently I had to leave, since my room was already "sold" to another costumer. When I went to complain in the lobby, they told me there was nothing they could do and I could just wait in the lobby if I wanted, even tho I was granted the late checkout the day prior. This usually wouldn't be an issue, but I would assume they could show some kind of respect if I had stayed in their hotel for 10 days. Now, since I couldn't carry my bags around town while I waited for my departure time, I left my bags at the front and went out for a walk. When I came back to leave and got my bags back, my carry on suitcase had the handle broken by the hotel staff. I tried argue with the manager, but he said they are not liable for the bags. Sadly I did not have time to argue as my taxi was waiting. Great location, as there are many good restaurant around the area and it's very safe, sadly the food and the last day killed it for me.
