Good place. I stayed here last month. It is a new Hampton with a lot to offer. It has an interesting design with the lobby in the second highest floor. The top floor balcony is still under construction. As soon as I was welcomed, I was given a free drink ticket to use at the restaurant. The food/wine at the restaurant is pretty good along with the breakfast buffet. It was difficult to pay for my room with a debit card, but it finally worked. Quiet rooms, they overlook Las Condes and my room had a nice view of the Gran Torre. My only complaint was the smell of the hallway, it still smelled pretty bad from my bathroom. TV worked along with a fairly comfortable bed. I would stay here again!

All good. Clean, comfortable. WiFi good, parking safe, staff friendly. CBD area is a bit boring but very quiet at night.

Great hotel! I enjoyed my seven days here! The restaurant is nice, and the staff is great! Will definitely stay here next time I am in Santiago. Close to everything! I walked almost everywhere from here, and UBERed once. Great, secure parking in lower levels. Pictures are of places I walked to from the hotel. Parque Arauco Mall, the Military School, Santiago Harley Davidson, a random but really cool razor edge building, and the Chile’s tallest building La gran Torre de Santiago.

I don't recommend. Terrible attendance. I don't recommend hosting. I don’t recommend this hotel. I am extremely disgusted with the disgraceful service I received during my stay at this establishment. They decided to change the breakfast time without informing the guests. It turns out that we booked this hotel precisely during coffee hours. How is it possible that they decide to change the breakfast time without even informing their guests? This is a total lack of respect for those who trusted the hosting. We sent messages to the hotel before starting our stay to confirm the breakfast time, which would start at 6 am. The hotel confirmed. Arriving there at 6am, the restaurant employee informed us that we wouldn't be able to eat as they had changed the opening hours. Result: we went one day without breakfast and the other days we had to eat on the run to have time to go out for walks. The hotel created a huge inconvenience. We asked to speak to the manager, who was not there and had no estimated time or date for his arrival. A hotel without a manager in charge!!! I expected to start my day with a proper meal, only to discover that the time had been arbitrarily changed, leaving me with no viable options. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of regard for the customers experience. They clearly do not value guest satisfaction and demonstrated a glaring lack of professionalism. We asked for a refund for the 1 day of breakfast that we did not enjoy and they did not reimburse us Sincerely disappointed,
