Here goes my honest review from someone that travels a lot and works as a manager at a travel agency: - Location: Amazing - Breakfast: Amazing - service incredible specially from Silvia or Silvana (sorry can’t remember your name now) - Cleanliness: Great - Rooms: Good, as they don’t have carpet and that’s a huge plus. BUT, MANAGEMENT PLEASE READ: YOU NEED TO CHANGE ALL OF YOUR MATTRESSES!!! They are not comfortable :/ This is the only bad thing about the entire hotel. I felt the springs in my back and it just doesn’t go with the rest of the quality of the hotel. My brother and father had other rooms and they had the same issue. So please, invest in new mattress, pillows and this will be the best hotel in the area. I RECENTLY STAY AT THE RENAISSANCE SANTIAGO AND YOUR HOTEL HAS BETTER LOCATION, SERVICE AND HEATED POOL BUT THE BEDS MADE THE BIG DIFFERENCE FOR US! I hope you listen so your business can keep thriving!

I had a fantastic stay at Radisson Blu Plaza El Bosque Santiago! The room service was impeccable, and I loved the convenience of the free parking. Waking up to the stunning view from my window was such a treat, and the breakfast buffet was not only delicious but also offered a wide variety of options. What truly stood out was the incredibly client-oriented staff – they went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

I made a reservation through Booking and I tried contacting the hotel regarding late check-out options and prices for the past few weeks without ANY reply. I tried Booking, email and calling, but no one answer as well. I really don't recommend.
