Absolutely amazing staff! Today whilst in town we had a mini emergency needing to breastfeed the baby and the staff kindly offered a quiet spot even though we were not guests. At the same time my husband was changing our toddler's diaper in the hotel lobby's bathroom and dropped my wallet for the diaper bag - the staff then tracked me down via social media and informed me they were holding on to my wallet for me! We are so grateful!

Currently staying at this hotel. First room they gave us had water damage and mould hazard throughout. Asked for a new room and was greeted with attitude by the front desk staff. Incredibly rude when I’m only concerned for my health. Did not even apologize for the room or offer to move our things. Were told to move them ourselves. Totally unprofessional service. If I wasn’t staying here for work, I would happily change hotels. I have yet to be told my room rate per night (we booked double occupancy) and they failed to check my wife in initially and instructed that it would be an extra $20 euros per night but couldn’t say why? Disappointing. Update — found mould in the second room and once again asked for a room change to the newer part of the hotel. Third room seems OK so far…

We stopped in for dinner the food was good. We had salad, truffle pasta, applied strudel. Croatian red wine and Apple cider all of it was excellent the servers are elegant and the atmosphere is as well. I appreciated a proper wine glass for the red wine. (The wrong glass can ruin the experience for me). We got exactly what we expected. We will return again.

In what world is this a 4star hotel? maybe 30 years ago. the staff is unfriendly, annoyed and not helpful at all. We were not able to get breakfast because there is too little seatings and it’s completely chaotic and unorganized. No assistance from staff at all. after asking for assistance the waiter just shrugged his shoulders and walked away. never again, it’s not worth the money

The location was perfect, right at the center of everything, no need to get the tram or any other means of transportation.Right at the border of lower and upper town in Zagreb. The staff was very pleasant, friendly & helpful both at reception and in the restaurant at breakfast and dinner. Very spacious room, offering a king bed, comfortable chairs, kettle and small fridge. Perfect for a city break. Loved the view onto the main plaza. Also the little touches, like a chocolate by our bed. The amenities in the bathroom were sufficient. The restaurant had an excellent buffet breakfast with wide choice. The breakfast was quite filling and with many food selection options. Covered everything from cereals, fruit, cold meats, cheeses to eggs, bacon, sausages, cheese soufles and even littles cakes to enjoy with tea and coffees. Dinner options were a bit more limited, but everything tasted great. I would recommend it without any doubt.
