Unexpected enjoyment of our stay, extremely pleasant atmosphere in the lobby bar and restaurant with live piano jazz in the afternoon. Really pleasant staff with natural kindness instead of business artificiality that we often find in other hotels. Pleasant, neat and clean rooms, excellent bedding and quality beds.

Very well appointed hotel near to the lower Grad of Zagreb. Rooms very comfortable and well insulated from noise. Surrounding area is uninspiring but the hotel makes a good base for exploring Zagreb about 10 minutes walk to the centre. Staff friendly and approachable. Breakfast buffet had good selection of cold and hot dishes but the orange juice seemed diluted and tasted cheap and the coffee pots on the table weren't hot enough and again the coffee tasted rather weak. Overall I enjoyed my stay here.

Really nice hotel, very clean rooms in a comfortable position, 20m from the tram stop with direct connection to the main squares. We are only a bit disappointed for the breakfast, the hotel was fully booked and the breakfast station was too small for all that people. We had to sit at the bars table and walk trough the hall with our food which also was not enough for such a lot people.

A pleasant surprise in Zagreb. The first time I have been spending time at a Canopy hotel. We enjoyed it very much. Attentive service, good location. Nice rooms with everything one needs, such as power outlets, coffee machine, toiletries,… A good choice of breakfast items, however, one or the other thing could have been of higher quality and better taste! We asked for an extra blanket and received a very thin fleece blanke. The issue was solved the next day. Paid parking is available, a few spots without charge are available right next to the hotel. I would definitely come back.

23rd-24th September 2023 - Our stay here was comfortable and convenient. It was part of our tour although we stayed an additional night before hand. Rooms - spacious, clean and I appreciated that there were the required conveniences such as iron and ironing board as well as a TV we could cast to. Service - the staff were helpful on check in and also in the bar and restaurant attached to the hotel. Breakfast was a great option and had a wide variety of options. A little slow with the coffee refills would be my only negative. Location - we found this hotel very central to all that we needed whilst visiting
