I travel a lot to Spain on business and to visit family and friends. I always try to stay in one of the numa´s buildings. The check in is very convenient, you can do it on the plane or the train, when you arrive, you don't have to wait for the reception... They attend to any request very quickly by WhatsApp or phone.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Perfect location, convenient check in and out, the rooms had everything we needed, plus some complimentary snacks upon arrival. Clean, modern, comfortable. I only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

My family of 4 stayed here for a week. We were beyond impressed with how clean and spacious the apartment was. We rented a three bedroom and appreciated the extra space for our 1 and 4 year old to roam around in. The location is excellent and we rarely heard any street noise. A pack and play was set up in one of the bedrooms without request (so considerate) and we were greeted with snacks, beers and NA beverages. Having a washing machine is a must for long stays with small children. In the future I will seek out Jondo apartments. Highly recommend.

This was a great location and very reasonably priced. It is a five minute walk to the Alcazar and the Cathedral. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and problem-free. There were two large bottles of water, two beers, and two bottles of orange juice waiting on us when we arrived! Note that if you have a rental car, there isn't parking nearby. There are many taxis in Santa Cruz that can take you to the apartment if you have a lot of luggage and you don't want to walk to the location. Also be aware that the location is in the heart of the neighborhood, so there will be street noise at night, but that is part of staying in a neighborhood that is central to life in Seville.

The apartment smells like there is a dead animal in it. There is also no staff so when we arrived we were stuck out the front on the street waiting for them to answer the phone - they then said we had to do a set check in which involved uploading photos to a platform and filling out a two page form three times (for each person). The app wasn’t working and the phone support staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. I strong recommend finding another place to stay in Seville
