They were so friendly and helpful. The building is just beautiful! Very comfortable and quiet. After staying in a few short-term apartments we've decided to stick with hotels like this from now on. It seems much better for the local economy overall and it was just so much more relaxing not to have to worry about where to show up for a key and cleaning. There is someone here 24 hours. Hotel Europa Sevilla and the welcoming staff really made us see how nice it is to stay in such a lovely place.

Very good location for the majority of the principal attractions in Seville. Lots of touristy restaurants. Check menus for price always. Short walk to Triana across the bridge. Older hotel in good repair. Bathroom was clean. Our suite had a somewhat poorly designed bath/shower. Non smoking room, but not a non smoking hotel. Did smell of cigarette. Sewage smell through the vent each morning. In our suit. Overall, a somewhat satisfactory stay

Location is great and the price is good for a clean and central hotel. Air-conditioning didn't work and we'd a room at the front with the sun blazing in all day so we'd a very bad sleep. Wifi didn't connect in the room we were in. It did down the hall or by the lift but our room must have been too far away from the extension box. Reception tried to help but no solution.

Clean and comfortable room. The walls are very thin though, you can hear people talking from other rooms. The service is great and helpful. They let us change to a room with a double bed instead of 2 single beds as I forgot to mention I wanted a double bed in the booking. They also helped us to move our luggage back to the new room while we were out. Great value for the price.
