We stayed in the penthouse room and everything was in immaculate condition! Clean and modern apartment style accommodations with mini kitchen and spacious bed & bathroom. We felt SO comfortable here! Amazing view from our windows but the very sturdy and thick windows keep the street noise out. The private rooftop pool was AMAZING. We finished every night out there and even took an afternoon break from touring to cool off in the pool before going back out in the evening. This was our first time in Sevilla and we would go back again. Excellent communication every step of the way through WhatsApp.

Unfortunately got the room on the ground floor therefore no view or proper windows. Very very very noisy location! Great to walk around to tourist attractions and lots of good food around. Room was a bit dusty which set off my husbands allergies. Really good service, available on the phone any time of night and day

I have never written a bad review before so I contemplated not posting this, but I would like to warn others so that they don't find themselves in the position that I did. Upon arrival our room smelled strongly of cigarettes despite being a "non smoking room". I immediately wrote to the hotel but only received the response that they thought that was "strange". The air in the room was like being in the house of someone who has smoked for years and I was soon on the verge of an asthma attack and had to leave the premises. After we had left they did offer to change us to a higher category room for the same price but I was not comfortable staying. We ended up at a cute hotel down the street and lost the entire cost of our 4 night reservation here despite staying in the room for about 15 minutes. Maybe cigarette smoke isn't an issue for you and that's fine, but I will say that Seville is full of amazing hotels and properties to stay at so I would recommend choosing somewhere else at least for a more generous cancellation policy.

Super little Hotel. No reception but the location is superb. Double double glazing so although you are on the main walkway the only thing to hear is the nearly silent Aircon . New decor, large smart TV, fridge, kettle and coffee making facilities with a complementary bottle of wine and two agua sin gas in the fridge was a nice touch. Check yourself in with the numbers from the app. 15 min walk from the Riverside area. Very Highly recommended. More tapas bars than you would have thought possible in the immediate area. If you're coming to Seville why not. We were on the ground floor which was convenient but no view.

Great location. One of Sevilla's attractions is right in front of the accommodation. From the second terrace (Room 101), you have a great view of the square. But also the first shared terrace is an excellent place to relax. Checking and check-out were smooth and accessible. Your host is a friendly guy who helps where he can. Late check-out was possible and leaving the luggage even longer as well. The room (102) itself is simple but enough. The AC takes a while to cool down the room but therefore makes no noise. While you wait for the AC, the fan keeps you nice and cool. A highlight was the rain shower. Nice even water flow and working heat adjustment. The bed was rather hard, but I slept well.
