Had a very nice time staying here with my partner We had to do a late check in but had no problems following the instructions left for us. Our room was small, but still nice with modern touches. We got the room on the top floor which had a door to an outdoor balcony. There is an elevator but never saw it working, had to take the stairs to the fourth floor. The rooms had working ac, smart tv, keycard access, modern bathroom. The location is great, very close to land public transportation centers. There are two restaurants just outside the main doors of the hotel. Staff was friendly and courteous. Only complaint I had is the beds which are in definite need of an upgrade. Springs could be felt if you rolled on the bed, not terrible but not great. Overall, I had a nice time and this hotel was a good value, would stay again.

Hotel Falier is located close to the train/bus station, you only need to cross two-three bridges (railway station is behind three bridges). It is quite important factor since streets of Venice could be really narrow, with uneven pavement and all bridges have stairs to go up and down. If you have luggage you definitely do not want to carry it for long in Venice. Hotel itself was very clean, the same i could say about room. We did not have any problems with the bed in our room too - it was comfortable and also clean. They have additional blanket in case you are cold at night. All appliances in the room are new and in good condition. Room was be relatively small. It was not a problem for us, but if you are travelling with more than one luggage bear in mind that there is a space to open just one suitcase at a time. Pleasant and overall good experience. Definitely recommend for everyone.

I loved the hotel, late check-in without any problem and easy, the room was small but nice and clean, close to the train station and safe to walk at night, the receptionist was friendly and the a/c worked properly

A nice and comfortable stay. Great location. Just in the centre of venice. Near public transit. Sightseeing, restaurants, cafes, bars are nearby. Rooms are quite small, which is the thing with most of the hotels at Venice. The staff people are quite professional and friendly. They were helpful enough to provide us with the necessary information about the city. Overall, a nice stay. 8/10.
